Dutchboy’s Hotrods reached out to Clark Logic almost a year ago looking for a new space to relocate and grow.

Dutchboy’s Hotrods is a Family Business that was located in Comstock, Michigan, but their heart and hometown was in Vicksburg, Michigan. Being a custom hot rod shop they needed a larger and more robust space to accommodate their growing number of restoration and modifications projects.

We set them up with a fully renovated 15,000 square foot space, adding necessary LED lighting, air compression lines, paint booths, overhead doors, private entrances, restrooms, office space and much more.

When we turned over the Phase 1 space to them on July 1st they got right to work moving their operations over to Vicksburg. Having more room for lifts, tools and work areas, they are running more efficient than ever before.

Eight full time specialists, and over twenty hotrods fill the space and with the extra room they have more room to flourish as they take on bigger projects then they were able to previous.

Phase 2 is in completed adding an additional 5,000 square foot showroom and office suites.

When this building at 555 Eliza Street was first acquired by Clark Logic back in 2016 it had been ravaged by fire and was sitting dilapidated for years.

Our team began the rigorous restoration of this building starting from the ground up. First removing debris and waste from the site so we could secure the location from weather and start the process of restoring the roof, windows, and doors. Literally shredding the roof off with T-Rex a CMS Maintenance Department managed by Mike Kelemen.

One tenant Wind + James was looking for a 20,000 square foot space to host events such as weddings, corporate events, private events, art classes, and even school dances.

The process has been transformative and with the location nestled in Schoolcraft it is truly unlike any other space in the surrounding area. It offers elegance and grace that can truly transform into just about anything their customer is looking for.

With the outdoor turf, food service containers, patio, and private area, Wind + James will soon take on it’s complete form and the event center will finally have all the pieces available that will truly make it extraordinary and one of a kind to Southwest Michigan in 2019.
