5251 Wayne Road | Battle Creek, MI

5251 Wayne Road (formerly 5143 Wayne Road) was fully remodeled by Clark Logic in 2024. Located in the Fort Custer Industrial Park in Battle Creek, Michigan, the building was previously occupied by Lotte USA.

The extensive renovations included a new roof, the installation of Thermo-Cycler heating systems, exterior and interior painting, dock repairs, new overhead and dock doors, new LED lighting, and security upgrades. Flaws in the concrete floor were repaired, and the entire warehouse floor was resurfaced and restriped. The building is now a fully functional 93,000-plus square-foot warehouse distribution center.

In addition to the warehouse space, nearly 5,000 square feet of office and storage space is currently available for lease. Office users can rent by the room or utilize the climate-controlled suites for storage, with spaces ranging from 120 square feet to 5,000 square feet.
