Located off I-94 at exit 72 and minutes from US-131 in Texas Township, 5383 International Drive sits on 8.8 acres and spans 120,250 square feet. It features eight (8) docks, four (4) overhead doors, and a custom office build out.

The second facility is located at 200 East Lee Street in Schoolcraft.

A long-term lease was secured with one of the nation’s largest third-party logistics companies for both properties.
