In 2023, Clark Logic completed a 100,050 square-foot warehouse expansion to its 253,000 square-foot industrial facility in Constantine, Michigan.
Construction began with a ring road around the perimeter of the new warehouse. The steel building features eight docks and a 28-foot ceiling clear height.
Clark Logic acquired the original 253,000 square-foot facility in 2014 after the bottle cap manufacturer Rexam Plastic Packaging vacated the site in 2009. In addition to the 100,050 square-foot expansion, Clark Logic has undertaken extensive renovations across the entire property, including improvements to 238,000 square feet of industrial space and 15,000 square feet of office space. A build-to-suit renovation was also completed for a tenant in the office area in 2023.
The property is conveniently located just off US-131, with close proximity to I-80, I-94, and I-69. Additionally, the site is equipped with a rail station and seven (7) onsite plastic silos, making it an ideal location for high-volume shipping or receiving of raw materials.
The new expansion was dedicated to Pacino Carlos Ruiz, late son of Clark Logic employee Carlos Ruiz. Pacino passed away on Dec. 10, 2021, at the age of 34.
